1. Who you are dealing with

This website is operated by OptiRank OÜ, registered in Estonia. In these terms, "we", "us" and "OptiRank" mean that company; "you" means anyone using optirank.agency.

2. What these terms cover

They govern your use of this website and of the contact form on it. They are not the terms of any engagement: services are agreed in a separate contract, statement of work or Upwork contract that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

3. Using the site

You may read, share and reference this site freely. You may not:

• use it in a way that damages, overloads or impairs it, or interferes with anyone else's use of it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure;
• use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising, malware or unlawful content;
• scrape or republish substantial parts of the content as if it were your own.

4. Content and intellectual property

The text, design, code, graphics and marks on this site belong to OptiRank OÜ or are used with permission. Quoting a short passage with a visible link back is welcome. Reproducing the site or substantial parts of it, or using our name or logo to suggest a partnership that does not exist, is not.

5. Enquiries, quotes and case material

Sending the contact form starts a conversation — it does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. Any figure we quote is an estimate valid for the scope and information available at that moment, is stated in EUR, and becomes binding only once both sides sign an agreement.

Work described on this site is summarised with client identities withheld. Results achieved for one client are context-specific and are not a promise of the same outcome for another: search rankings depend on competition, budget, market and factors outside anyone's control.

6. Accuracy and availability

We keep the content current and accurate to the best of our knowledge, but it is provided for general information "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party platforms, including our Upwork agency profile and social profiles. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Estonian law. Statutory rights of consumers are unaffected.

9. Privacy

Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the site or the business changes. The current version always lives at this address with its "last updated" date; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably fall to the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
